Terms and Conditions — NerfStore.be 1. Seller NerfStore.be is an occasional sales website managed by Enzo Pattijn Duong, a minor residing in Chapelle-à-Oie (7903), Belgium, under the legal responsibility of his father Paul Pattijn. This website is operated privately and occasionally, in accordance with Belgian legislation on sales between private individuals. Sales remain below the Belgian legal threshold of €2,000/year beyond which an activity is considered professional. 2. Products All products on NerfStore.be are second-hand items. Each item is honestly described with its actual condition (new, very good condition, good condition, functional, for parts). Photos are taken by the seller and reflect the actual condition of the product. Each item is unique — there is only one unit per product listing. 3. Prices Prices are listed in euros (€), all taxes included. As a private individual, the seller is not subject to VAT. 4. Reservation and Collection Sales are made by online reservation and in-person collection in Belgium. Payment is made on-site at the time of collection. Enzo will contact you by email within 48 hours to arrange a collection appointment. 5. Availability Once an item is reserved, it is removed from the catalogue. If the appointment cannot be honored, the reservation is cancelled and the item is relisted for sale. 6. Returns and Refunds If the product does not match the description published on the website, the buyer may refuse the product at collection and no payment will be due. No returns are accepted after handover and payment, except for undisclosed hidden defects. 7. Personal Data The information collected (first name, last name, email, phone) is used solely to process the reservation and organise the collection. It is not shared with third parties and is deleted after the sale is finalised. 8. Applicable Law These conditions are subject to Belgian law.
