Article 1 — Seller
NerfStore.be is a second-hand Nerf toy sales website personally managed by Enzo, a private individual based in Belgium. Contact: contact@nerfstore.be
Article 2 — Products
All products listed are second-hand items. Each product's condition is described honestly (New, Very good, Good, Functional, For parts). Photos are provided. Any significant difference between the description and the actual product is the seller's responsibility.
Article 3 — Reservation
An online reservation is not a firm purchase but an expression of purchase intent. Enzo will contact the buyer by email to arrange a pickup time. If no response is received within 72 hours, the reservation may be cancelled.
Article 4 — Pickup and payment
Items are only available for in-person pickup in Belgium. No delivery is offered in V1. Payment is made on collection, in cash or by bank transfer. No online payment is required.
Article 5 — Returns and refunds
If the product does not match its published description, the buyer may refuse it at pickup at no cost. In case of hidden defects discovered after the exchange, a refund or exchange may be negotiated in good faith.
Article 6 — Applicable law
These T&Cs are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts in Belgium.
